I have been working in the "People Business" for over
half of my life (20+ years). I love what I do and
cannot imagine myself doing any other type of work.
In fact, I don't even call it work.  
I have worked in various settings including:

                                        State Psychiatric Hospitals
                                        Schools
                                        Out-patient Mental Health Programs
                                        Out-patient Substance Abuse Programs
                                        Employee Assistance Programs
                                        Community Mental Health Centers

Within these venues, I have served as Program Coordinator, Director, and Staff Trainer. I have experience in lecturing on various mental health topics and continue to train new professionals in the field in addition to running my practice.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey.
Generally speaking, the treatment and care I provide is the treatment and care I would expect my own family to receive.
